A rapidly growing wealth management company was struggling with off-the-shelf tooling for financial planning solutions. The financial services firm, which offers tax and other financial planning consultations to its customers needed the necessary value proposition and supporting operations to provide more intimate and personalized experiences.

Approach

We worked closely with a cross-functional and shared resources team. Beginning with foundational information harvesting of existing products and platforms, we took the necessary steps to advise, ideate, and steer future digital platform concepts for prioritized personas. Aligning product, tech, and senior leadership to a future-state product strategy.
