What We Did
Using a bottom-up approach, we gathered issues through competitive, comparative and ux best practices. We clustered them to create focus areas and laddered them up to 3 strategic pillars. There was a clear opportunity to solidify their position as the global leader and voice of the industry in whole-person health, advanced technology, and exponential scale.
We believed we could do this by acting on three strategic pillars: demonstrating industry leadership, creating a robust lead generation funnel, and optimizing platform operations.
These pillars helped to articulate a new digital vision. The Jobs To Be Done were developed with user groups and connected to content types, to help form the basis for a website redesign. We partnered closely with the internal client team to develop the underlying user experience and then launched to meet fast-approaching deadlines.
